After a long and varied career at Beca including leadership of Beca's International business and service as Chairman of Beca Group Ltd., Bob now runs Beca's corporate team. This includes provision of best practice support to Beca consulting companies in the fields of HR, Marketing, Quality, Business Technology and Corporate Services.
He began his career as a civil and structural engineer, initially designing institutional and commercial buildings followed by a period designing and project managing the delivery of a number of large industrial plants. During his career he has played a significant role in Beca's growth into new international markets working on major industrial projects in several international markets such as the United Kingdom, China, Australia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Malaysia, India, USA, Belize, Brazil, Chile and the Pacific Islands.
Bob is a passionate advocate of Beca's brand and bringing a 'One Beca' approach to the business.
