We undertake valuations of land, buildings, infrastructure, plant and machinery assets for many organisations throughout New Zealand and internationally. These valuations cover land, specialised buildings and public utilities along with more general assets such as residential housing, commercial and industrial properties. We also provide plant machinery and infrastructure asset valuations, with demonstrated experience in the power, oil and gas, water and roading sectors. Valuations are carried out for financial reporting, insurance, and due diligence purposes.
Beca also has considerable experience with large-scale portfolio valuations for both public and private sector clients including the New Zealand Defence Force, Ministry of Justice, breweries throughout New Zealand and Australia, the national KiwiRail portfolio and some of Australasia’s largest manufacturing plants.
