A great number of Beca projects are scattered throughout the world. As General Manager of Beca International Ltd, Andrew visits project site locations ranging from Asia and Turkey to the Middle East.
His principal general management responsibilities involve activities such as managing contracts and the company's complex financial operating system. He also acts as Project Director on several larger international projects, overseeing contractual and commercial aspects.
Beca International Ltd is oriented towards building and industrial projects. The most significant project to date is Lion Nathan's monumental Suzhou Brewery where Andrew was responsible for engineering procurement, project and construction management for the project duration. As the international team's first project in China, this important project led to the establishment of Beca’s China office.
