Dennis has over 32 years of structural engineering experience and is skilled in leading design teams from feasibility to implementation on large water industry projects in New Zealand, Australia, New Caledonia and Asia.
Dennis has worked under delivery methods ranging from conventional to Design Build projects in which CH2M Beca has had an equity position.
His project experience includes an extensive range of pump stations, treatment plants, pipelines and reservoirs. He has held key leadership roles in many of our most significant projects in New Zealand, including Project Waikato, Project Manukau and New Plymouth Water Supply Augmentation project, where he was responsible for the engineering design of 7 concrete reservoirs. He is currently responsible for managing the Hunua No.4 Trunk Watermain project.
In addition to his multidisciplinary project management experience, Dennis has extensive knowledge of a wide range of procurement strategies and has been responsible for managing and advising on the procurement of significant plant for major projects including Project Waikato, the Gisborne Wastewater Scheme and the Kapuni Water Treatment Plant project.
