Having worked on several previous projects for the developer's parent company, Singapore Press Holdings, Beca was engaged to provide the mechanical & electrical services for this prestigious project.
The developer expects high quality workmanship, finishes and services throughout. Variable speed drive water pumps and full inverter air conditioning systems provide energy efficiency. Discreet full ducted air conditioning was selected for the living, dining and master bedrooms instead of wall mounted fan coil units, more commonly seen in condominiums. Beca worked closely with the architect to keep the staircases naturally ventilated instead of being mechanically pressurised.
The demand for these apartments was high, and its sales launch was well-received. All 273 units were quickly spoken for by the second day of its launch. The project is at the construction stage and is targeted for completion by mid 2010.
